Went into Tesco with my friend to buy a gift with my friend for one of my teachers. Got a gift bag, a thank you card and a bottle of alcohol. When going to check out me and my friend checked out at different tills as she was getting her own stuff. After I scanned all my items I got I?m Id ready as I?ve just turned 18 and I had a mean woman shout at me as she saw me come in with my friend and I quote wasn?t getting any alcohol unless we both showed our ids right away. I didn?t argue back and left the shop without it as I do understand that may be the policy however I think this could?ve been handled so much better and the woman working didn?t have to be so aggressive. There was no need to make a scene. Overall Asda is better

Stood waiting in the queue at the cigarette kiosk. Couple folk served ahead of me,then once came time to serve myself cashier thought it would be highly decent to swan off and chat to her colleague at the end of the kiosk for 5 minutes knowing fine well customers standing waiting Left then two other folk queued up and still standing getting ignored. Totally ignorant to the core and disgusting service

I was shopping in your store and I had Drew my assistance dog with me. A man came over and helped me put my shopping in the car. He had already spoken to me in the store. After he left, I realised my phone purse was missing from my pocket.
I was able to track it when I got home. It was found in the bushes on the way to the main road. All my cards were still in it and my iPhone 15. £200 was taken out my purse but everything else was safe.

I enjoy the layout of my Tesco store and I also like Joe I know where each product is located. Always a pleasure to visit the store and is a nice shopping experience. The layout is one of the main reasons I enjoy shopping at Tesco!

Blue badge spaces are a disgrace. Not enough of them and too far away from entrance. Not visible enough as the white lines are faded. Pot holes make them very dangerous for people with mobility problems. An accident waiting to happen. The coatbridge ones are the same.

ATMs outside of the shop at the trolleys to the right to the entrance, awesome staff, indoor café and toilets. Lots of more shops next to it for your day to day groceries. Security is there too.
