Job was done in the time expected (despite several vehicles being worked on, on a Sunday afternoon), staff were helpful, gave useful advice and answered all my questions. Very useful being able to get tyres fitted at the weekend!

Had a new exhaust system fitted about two & a half months earlier.
Went on holiday to Yorkshire.
All the warnings ?? lights came on on my car. Went to an independent garage in Scarborough with the best reviews to analyse the problem. The problem was the new exhaust. As with buying any new item wether it be a TV or Microwave there is a warranty. After being in Kwik Fit in Scarborough & talking to the Manager of Kwik Fit Airdrie. The problem was fixed nine days later at Kwik Fit in Airdrie. I understand sometimes new items do not function as they are Faulty which is not Kwik Fits fault.
Kwik Fit honoured there warranty & resolved the issue. Peter the manager of Airdrie understood my issues & did the upmost to resolve & replaced what was needed. Professional & did what he could despite the delay.
