2nd time being in this shop as a customer asked for the same drink both times and both times they got it wrong first I was giving large cup hot milk then a latte 3rd time lucky i got a lumpy caramel mocha as she hadnt stirred the hotchoc she handed me it with no lid found this person to come across as passive aggressive. Customer experience is supposed to be everything with greggs

Order was missing 3 items. Contacted the shop Greggs in Airdrie and the person on the call Michelle was less than helpful. Told me there was nothing they can do and to just put a report into just eat and ask for a refund. Offered no replacement items or resolution from the shop at all. Disgusting customer service.

I purchased a tuna and cucumber sandwich this morning and it was most disgusting thing I have ever seen. No butter or mayo or anything on the bread and a pea size portion of tuna!!! Couldn't swallow it it was soooo dry. All my colleagues told me to take it back but I only get half an hour for lunch so didn't have time.I took pictures though and I'm putting a complaint into head office
