Filled a trolley ti the brim, spending £250. The young girl who scanned my shopping was in some kind of race practically throwing my shopping through and allowing me and my daughter no time to pack. Went shopping with my daughter to assist and we still weren?t quick enough! Poor customer service?..slow down hen, it?s 6.30 at night and there are no other customers in the shop! Airdrie store.

To the head of management or personnel. Many people are very quick to leave bad reviews and never bother to say something when all went well. Today, I would like to bring to your attention, two of your colleagues. Both of these colleagues are Male. The elder of the gentlemen is Philip, who has worked in the store for some time. The younger is Daniel, who has only been there a short time. Both of these gentlemen are a credit to Farmfoods, in my opinion, they would be a credit to any store. Their attitude to customer care, from arrival to departure is simply priceless. Both go the extra mile, as the rest of the world should also do. I'm sure that your female staff are also of the same attitude, but I am only writing comments on whom I have had the pleasure of serving me. Please don't let these valuable assets be unaware of what they are worth. Be blessed. Matthew.

great little shop, has a brilliant selection and great prices too, would have given it 5 *s but last few times ive been in one of the young staff members who work there, well maybe she needs a course on customer care as she is always misserable and sour faced and each time ive been and asked for a bag its ;oke she huffs and its too much trouble !! sorry but we all have problems but you dont take it to work and cast it on to your customers!!

Staff member rude was talking to her friend for 10 mins when we pulled her up queue waiting she told me you wouldn't speak to an assistant in Asda like that (well she wouldn't work for them very rude member of staff)
