This is about colin at the shop....we have an autistic daughter who will only eat domino pizza ( every nite ) and it has to be done to perfection or she wont eat it, now colin is so supportive and does it himself to make sure its the way she likes it....the other guys are trying too I suppose to get it right , but Colin is the man .....thank u to him for his patience ??

Food took 30mins over the arrival time that the app said it had been delivered. The food was warm and had to be reheated. The bottle of Coke was in the same bag as the pizzas (why, to keep it warm?) so it squashed the pizzas sticking all the toppings to ther lid of the box. Poor show Dominos.

Used to be a great branch of Dominos but is an absolute joke now. Tried to charge me extra for BBQ sauce on the base and said it was an extra topping. When did the sauce become a topping. Got home n the pizza had barely any sauce on it. Basically warmed up dough with some toppings. Was tasteless. They had also been taking orders by phone and online for potato wedges but had ran out and were sending people french fries as a replacement. Spoke to the manager and he was clueless and some young guy had to come over n help him out. Probably the worst I've seen a Dominos running.

Sick of having to call up after almost every delivery as they never seem to get our order right. 9 out of 10 times you get met with staff trying to blame you for their mistakes . Food taste ok when you finally get what you ordered

Not a negative on Airdrie's branch or staff at all. Just dominos as a company is way too expensive for what it is you're getting.

Absolutely gutted heard that you do gluten free pizzas and came in my lunch break to be told that you dont offer gluten free in the lunch size. Had to wait on my colleagues orders. Was not impressed ?

I ordered pizza and chicken side, which was delivered late & cold,I called the store phoned them and either remake the new pizza or refund my order, but rudely he hung up my call thrice, with rude behaviour then later he said he?s gonna remake the pizza and send it again, but after 25 minutes again he called he can?t send the pizza, with arrogance that there is no issues with the pizza, where the pizza was cold as iceWith zero manners of communication the staff or whoever person he called himself store managerStole my moneyWith cold pizzaUnprofessional behaviourRacist I would say

The gluten free pizza was utterly disappointing. £15.99 for a small pizza? Total rip off and not worth it.The overall quality of domino?s has dropped and I won?t be ordering again, as might as well get better for less from other takeaways - this was simply supposed to be a treat.The delivery driver was lovely tho!
