If you want to get your points on your BP Me card better avoid this place, personel couldn't even know how to use my voucher to make me earn triple points and my card hasn't been scanned before transaction at all when I was told by them that all went through ?

Today I washed my car in your place, I started with shampoo and after that I rinsed it (2 Pounds) in the last 5 seconds of the program I hit the back door. When the jet stopped I noticed 2 small leaves and some brown dots. I took a napkin to erase the dots and then I realized it was poop ... (human poop not bird poop). I went inside with the napkin to show the employee what I found on the car after washing. He told me it was impossible to find poop in the jet ... I put in another sheet to rinse it once more. In the end I let the jet down and did an inspection. Again I found traces of poop, this time on the right rear wing, ceiling and handle ... I went again and told him to call his boss because I want to make a complaint, he stopped working on Sunday he gave me the phone number to call on Monday. I've washed my car here over 100 times but I've never had anything like it. The whole place smelled of sewage, garbage everywhere. I had to look for a laundry open on Sunday at 5:30 pm to get rid of the smell of poop, another 10 Pounds spent, a total of 13 Pounds for your mistake! From now on I will go directly to the laundry to wash it, I had the pleasure to wash my car myself but you took it from me ... if you are not convinced by the pictures you can ask today's employee about the situation and look on the cameras to see how many times I entered your store.
I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Bp garage is 24 hours which is really handy. Price of petrol is not bad but cheaper to go to Morrisons if filling up. They do have a collectors card where you can save up points and redeem it against items or money of vouchers. Does take a while to collect enough for anything decent though. Best thing about garage is cafe. Good selection of sandwiches and snacks as well as plenty of hot and cold drinks available. Prices in the shop are good and lots of choice.
