AVOID Handed my phone in was told it would be fixed the next day that was nearly two weeks ago and the shop has been closed ever since. They never answer the phone I want my phone back fixed or not fixed if I don't get it soon I am seriously going to crack up the guy deserves a slap for his blatant lies 0 stars

my partner put his fone in to be fixed tbey told him to come back the next day. i went in to pick it up and low and behold it wasnt ready. to be told it was getting worked on at the moment. my partner then went down several hours later and YES u guessed rite. it hadnt even been looked at. total joke of a place. never again. 0 out of 10.

Fixed my iPad in a day. Very friendly only charged £35 and I was given an estimate of £65 from another shop.

I'm sure every review will be more or less the same here.. Takes an eternity to get your phone back. If the guy just told you the truth instead saying tomorrow for 2 weeks, people wouldn't be complaining as much. I feel sorry for the guy but he doesn't help himself.

Handed my I pad in for a replacement screen got it back broken was working when they got it refused a refund or compo never again had had it since Feb not even a phone call

Handed in an iphone 5S to get the screen repaired which was £45, when I got the phone back the phone was totally dead, I took it back and they charged me £10 to fix the charging port even although everything was working fine when the phone was handed in. Again I went to collect the phone which was on when I went to pick it up, so I took it home only to discover the screen that was originally replaced was not responding, I switched it off to see if that worked but the phone would not come back on, again I returned to the shop for them to have the phone for a month before advising me there was nothing they could do!!!! So £55 and two months of not having a phone just to get a crack in the screen repaired and now I have a completely dead phone & a screen which doesn't even work.

i handed in a brand new mobile phone which had never been used to be unlocked when i collected it there was a small bash on back which they said was there when i handed in There certainly was NO bash on it when handed in they do not listen to you when criticised and the behaviour of the wee foreign man in his seventies leaves a lot to be desired will not go there again horrible people.

My sister handed in a fully working ipad except for a cracked screen and got it back after 14 weeks of "allsorts" of excuses and constant fobbing off she got it back in a jigsaw puzzle form..... in bits , absolutely shocking . They were only supposed to be replacing the screen, but she has got it back and now not even the power is going through it , it seems they are out of their depth trying to fix the ipads., She was very upset had a very heated exchange with them, but rather than defusing the situation with some good customer services, they fanned the flames and barred her !!!shocking, hand your ipad into them at your peril !!!!

Sent my phone in for repair,they said it would take a week.Tried to phone numerous times no answer,plus my wife eent to visit shop twice it was closed 2 weeks they had phone and never looked at it.Shocking attitude from staff.Never again
