We came for a family trip to Scotland for my father's 80th birthday, had the whole family with us. We wanted to do something fun that would provide enjoyment for all from their teens to their 80s. We found the Deeside Activity Park and decided upon rifle target shooting. Jack out instructor was amazing and made the event enjoyable for everyone. So enjoyable that we went back the next day for archery and go-karting, where Jack was able to get my 80 year old father on the track racing against his grandchildren, such great memories were made. Everyone was so accommodating and the experience was amazing.
I would highly recommend it to anyone.

We came to Scotland ( two older ladies) to try our hand at fly fishing. We had 3 sessions - our instructors Derek, Donald and Ken, the owner, were all brilliant - kind and patient and made each lesson fun and enjoyable. DAP is a beautiful place in quiet and peaceful surroundings and the cafe on site serves excellent food. We learnt so much and loved it all.
A big thank you also to Katrina in the office who was most helpful at all times.
All very special people!
Hope very much to return again.

My three boys had a great time at the go-karts. At first I thought it was a bit pricey but the boys absolutely loved it. You can't put a price on happy memories. A full hour, as many laps as you can do. Training from the staff was firm and fair. These go-karts are not toys and need to be respected. Each outing you can see the boys got faster and faster. We got good mobile phone footage that the boys love watching. I'd highly recommend the go-karting.
The next day I got to spend a number of hours on their Loch fishing. I was given good training/instructions on how to fly fish, ,not fished since I was a boy. I didn't catch anything despite the water obviously teeming with fish. I really enjoyed my time there. Again, I'd highly recommend.

We had a great time axe throwing and karting in these nice surroundings. Our instructor was wonderful. He explained the right technique for the axe throwing which made it a lot easier. Karting was the first time for our 12 year old. He was taught everything with great patience and in a very safe manner: first in a duokart with the instructor, then in a junior kart under good supervision. When we come back tot Scotland, we will definitelly come back!

Had the Sunday carvery 26/5/24. Plate full of home cooked food. My kids Rosie and Kaison had a great time especially with Ally spoiling them. Great food great service great people.

Fantastic day out. We did archery and go karting and thoroughly enjoyed both. Our instructor Jack was ace; super helpful and generally helped us have a great time at every turn. Would absolutely return again. All the other staff members we met were also really nice.We do miss the quad biking but the remaining activities still make it well worth visiting.

Check this place out if you want a day doing something a bit different .... the choice is yours. I tried Fly Fishing and gave the fish a great laugh?.Really nice staff who make you feel at home.

Had a great day chose karting and rifle shooting. The person in charge of karting was nice he explained everything in detail. On the other hand the guy in charge of rifle shooting seemed a bit uninterested and was a bit abrupt considering we had never done this activity before. Other than that we would all happily return.

The food in the restaurant is amazing, real hearty home cooked meals, you can tell the meat is really high quality. Good service too. Not tried any of the activities yet.
