A nice enough café - the chicken and bacon salad was very good, as was the coffee. The Cullen skink, nicely home-made, was a little salty. The young lady server was charming. The decor is interesting. But, I was as unimpressed by the young man in a beanie as he was in serving the room. He actually rolled his eyes at another...

£15 for soup and a sandwich! £15 for a club sandwich. A weird soup flavour. We went across to the Spey larder and got a freshly made roll with top quality ingredients for £4.20.

This cafe has a nice atmosphere but I find it overpriced for basic food and the portions can be rather small. I've noticed the other cafe tends to cost less and with some items I got twice as much food.

Our excellent barista’s make the best coffees with our great roast from Inverness.
Good selection on beautiful teas and mouthwatering homemade cakes and traybakes, (vegan options too) thick milkshakes, hearty homemade soups, and freshly baked scones are a few samples from our great menu.
