Service was not what I expected for a restaurant attached to an expensive resort. The manager (?) was frantic, looking to be very overwhelmed with what looked like 3 tables/parties in the restaurant. We were booked into the hotel but decided to eat at Rafters last night. Pub menu, with a smell of chlorine and no air! Overlooking the pool, sticky tables and menus and really greedy food. Would not go back, just poor standards, with one exception, the manager. He was the most attentive of anyone the whole weekend, he did really well and I appreciated his professionalism
