My mother and I actually had quite a pleasant visit. Although I left my hair straighteners in the room on out last day & when I called/emailed about arranging them to be sent back to me. I was told they weren't handed back. Was very shocked at the dishonesty from a place like this. Absoloutley gutted as if waited a year to get to go hear and this just ruined my experience & wouldn't reccomend based on that.

First time visiting the Resort today. For lunch at The Ferrymans Inn. We sat outside under the roofed area. Which was fine since we had the dogs. Breathtaking scenery and views from the sitting area. For Starter I had the Soup of the Day. Which was Carrot and Coriander which was delicious and filling. For Main I had the Margarita Pizza. Which was delicious and filling. Finishing with Vanilla Ice Cream for Dessert. Will definitely go back again possibly staying over.Food & drinks: Delicious and filling.

Absolutely stunning venue! The apartment we stayed in was perfect and really good value for money! The view from our balcony was breathtaking as well. Will definitely be back in the summer as we never got to try out the spa as it was fully booked!Rooms: Apartment was stunning and had everything needed for your stay. Towels, utensils and cleaning products provided.Nearby activities: Bike hire, water activities and spa on site.Food & drinks: Ferryman's Inn is on site. Lovely food but we must've visited at the wrong time of year as they had run out of a lot of the menu options.

A gorgeous couple of days spent with friends over the new Year. A fantastic spot with everything you need on site. The spa was a highlight and the local restaurant was really wonderful with incredibly accommodating and friendly wait staff.

Lovely spot. Menu looked fantastic. Lovely girl showed us around and served us two glasses of wine. Went outside to the fire pit. Spent a few minutes talking with another couple. Went back inside our table had been cleared. Approached a guy behind the bar asking where our drinks were no response just a stupid grin on his face. Getting nowhere we just left. Had dinner elsewhere.

Only came for the restaurant, it was late and we couldn?t get a reservation so they let us sit without a booking. The restaurant was very aesthetic (but cold outside!), in terms of the food it was quite bland and overpriced unfortunately. The burger costed 20£- and it lacked any flavour at all, meat was over cooked, barely any cheese (paid extra) and dry. The chips had no salt & dry. Please do add more flavour to this and it would be much better thanks :)The salmon fillet was nice, and the truffle flavour was nice. We also enjoyed cullin skink soupService was average.

Stayed 16/11/23 - 19/11/23Have stayed previously and enjoyed it but this time we were very disappointed.Location- Incredible views and quiet.Accomadation- fairly average not luxury but that doesnt bother us, we did however have issues with the cleanliness in the kitchen and the windows were filthy. Wifi was down on check in and took a few hours to get sorted the Duty manager was friendly and apologetic though.HotBox- We requested robes and slippers (rented) to find they had no robes left only slippers. The facilities were fine however you now need to order from the bar (from previous visits staff used to go round and take your order from wherever you were) the bar was staffed by 1 person making multiple cocktails so took some time and of course we had no robes so it was freezing (it's November) also due to not having a robes you couldn't sit in the seating area to enjoy the views as it was just too cold. At the end we were still charged for the robe and slippers set because we used the slippers. The ferrymans Inn - I can only speak to what I had but was left disappointed, have eaten here on previous visit and really enjoyed the food and was keen to reorder the burger.Starter- Halummi was delicious.Main- moving mountain burger was very dry and bland the chips that I got were nice but as about a third of my portion seemed to be chip scraps from the bottom of the fryer which were very greasy and rock hard I was disappointed. Also worth noting I asked for cheese on the burger to discover on the bill I was charged £2 which although is pretty steep for a slice of cheese I wouldn't of minded so much if it had actually tasted of anything.Side- we shared mac and cheese bites which were just tasteless balls of breaded mush, presumably the same expensive cheese they use on the burger?Worth noting my partner opted for the waygo steak burger and enjoyed it and the atmosphere and views in the resteraunt are pleasant. All in all including a very small 200ml coke and a glass of wine it was a £60 spend and I have to say i have had better meals at weatherspoons. All in for 3 nights and 1 meal £567 (discounted rate due to buliding work full price would be touching £700) The staff were all nice and friendly I just don't think it is good value for money anymore.
