Been going to doris for 4 years for waxing and she?s been so quick and reliable. Had my first lymphatic drainage massage today, she?s like a plastic surgeon I can?t believe the difference after one treatment will definitely be getting the block!

I do not recommend hesitating to book with her, she WILL be headhunted, mark my words.
She is THAT good.
I attended Doris for 10 sessions of 3 Energy Lymphatic Drainage, I paid for this as a package after the wonderful advice of Doris that this first 5 sessions would help me heal after surgery and with swelling, and the next 5 would aid in sculpting and making sure everything goes to where is should and myyyyyyyy goodness, she has changed my body and my outlook.
We have such a lovely time laughing together I honestly can see me being a long term loyalist for life now.
The benefits are incredible.
My reasons were for post op care and also my well-being, reduce water weight and nerve pain from my genetic nerve disease, Doris has eradicated a lot of my daily aches and pains and I honestly get so hyped up when it?s appointment day - I just love her warm welcome and her warm energy.
Might I add I drive over 2hrs twice a week as she is ?The One' ladies and gentlemen.
She is a rare gem in the north of Scotland and I don?t think I?ve ever met a more lovely human.

I can safely say that I won?t be going back here. I booked here as they apparently stay open later, and as I work full time, I couldn?t book any earlier than 5pm. But I still got a call a couple of hours before my appointment asking if it could be moved to 4pm so the masseuse could go home early, which very much defeats the object of having later opening hours. Secondly, after I arrived for my appointment (which was moved to a different day) I was asked to fill out a form with my entire medical history, which I was not comfortable handing over to someone who is not a medical professional and as far as I can tell, has no relevance to having a massage (I have never been asked for this information before for a massage). Thirdly, when the masseuse looked through my form, she was confident that she would be able to get me off my life-sustaining medication with a course of massages, which not only is nonsense, but makes a complete mockery of the years of struggling with medical issues that I have endured, as well as everyone in the medical profession. Finally, 25 minutes of my appointment was taken up with this, meaning that my 1hr massage ended up being 35 minutes. Had I been told to arrive early to fill out the intrusive forms, then I would have done so.
Given this two stars as there was nothing wrong with the actual massage. But I won?t be going back.

AVOID AVOID AVOID, bought my wife a gift voucher for here to have her nails done and despite my wife's best attempts to get booked in to cash in her gift voucher she is still waiting... now the individual who she was dealing with has blocked her number. Excuse after excuse given. If I could leave 0 stars and review I would , don't go here so unprofessional

Was looking forward to a body exfoliating massage, but after arriving we were told only females as there are no showers for males. They can't do a dry exfoliating due to the amount of hairs on the male body. A pity it wasn't picked up on the time of booking, but I had the back and head massage which was extremely relaxing and excellently done by the male masseuse. I would love to go back in the future and I would recommend giving it a go. Cheers!

Very lovely place to be! Doris has been doing my lymphatic drainage for a while now and I've seen so much improvement and my body pain has reduced drastically. She is kind, respectful and good at what she does.

A warm and welcoming atmosphere. The owner is very attentive, friendly and skilled. I missed part of my appointment once and she gave the remainder of the appointment as a free session, a really kind and flexible lady. The experience is always calming and I love going here.

I have been going to Doris at Zen Spa for over 10 years and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. I get my waxing, facials and have recently started lymphatic drainage massage.

Paid money in advance for a series of appointment. Was only given one and told I can?t get a refund even though she cancelled on me several times. Not reliable.
I?ve just read your reply to my review. I?m disappointed that instead of using a costumer feedback to improve on your services, you indulge in criminal assassination of character, mischief and lies. Anyone that has used Zen spa services recently can attest to the fact that your service is appalling, characterised with frequent cancellation and reschedules. Importantly you hardly appologise for your actions or accept any responsibility. I would advise anyone reading this review to think carefully before making any payments for so called block sessions which are designed to defraud customers.

I have been going to Doris at Zen Spa for years now and always spoke so highly of her & recommended her to everyone. However I am really disappointed to say I experienced a very different side to her & will no longer be returning because of this. My mum purchased & paid for a gift spa voucher for me for my birthday (back in July) I booked several appointments for this & each time I turned up at the spa (3 in total) I was not able to get my appointment for various different reasons - she was running late with clients etc. Anyways the first few times I gave her the benefit of the doubt but after a few I started to get concerned that I'd paid for something & didnt seem to be receiving the treatment. Last Friday - yet again turned up after being let down the last few times & same excuse that was running late but this time with a horrendous, rude manor towards me. Think Doris forgot that I have given her alot of business this last few years and that I am the customer. Sadly after this experience I will no longer recommend her services. My advice is to be more kind to your clientele.
