One star is too many. My parcel has been at the Yodel depot for over a week. Feedback said I'd requested a 'hold' on my parcel! The parcel has been returned to the sender at their request and is being sent by express delivery. Yodel live chat is a waste of time. I was told the 'hold' had been cancelled. I reckon that they were waiting for an accumulation of parcels before sending a driver out to deliver beyond a certain radius. Thankfully the Company I bought the goods from were really helpful.

I'd like to give them no stars. Still yet to receive a package that was supposed to be delivered on the 1st. I have received no notifications since then either and it has involved me having to repeatedly go online to track where my parcel is and flag it with customer services. I have received exactly the same response on customer service chat the 3 times and still no package. I'm not even going to bother ringing the phone line as I have already wasted enough time. There is also no avenue to be able to complain directly to Yodel in regards to their substandard service.

"missed" a delivery and now I seem to be stuck waiting for a par el that they tell me is "due for delivery today" but it never shows up...no options to reschedule, change address etc.This is a joke

Have just come home to find an item delivered by these clowns thrown over my fence for the second time. Absolutely soaked by the time I arrived home from work.

According to tracking my parcel was at the Scotland hub (I live in Scotland) then tracking said arrived in wrong hub, there will be a delay. Contacted webchat to be told that I will get further info when my parcel arrives in Llanelli for delivery?.when I questioned why my parcel was on its way South Wales I was just told to be patient and await further tracking info.

Ridiculous! No knock on the door or doorbell, only aware of delivery via email later that evening . Parcel left outside by bins, in the rain, covered in slugs when I eventually found it. Yuck! Would not use Yodel by choice ever again, & would be wary if buying from anywhere that used them to deliver . There are poor delivery companies, and then there's Yodel....

I have been in all morning waiting on a parcel. I got an email to say my parcel had been left In the shed. I do not have a shed for the parcel to be left in and the delivery driver didn't even come to my door or enter my gate. His van was parked right at my door infront of my car. He still delivered it to the wrong address and never took a photo so I have no idea where my parcel is and is now lost. Customer Service is a waste of time and no help at all. Would not reccomend using yodel there a joke

Absolutely useless courier service. Full of excuses as to late delivery. Expected delivery never met. Can't speak to anyone on the phone, can't issue complaint to anyone on the phone, can't uplift from depot unless it's been pre-arranged. Yodel live chat a joke. Agent cut off the chat having not resolved the issue.

A Yodel driver came to my house three times. Then gave up. I didn't know but I was at home. I live in a block of 4 flats, so the driver could have asked any one to let them in. Then I was asked by Yodel to contact my supplier and tell them to contact Yodel to release the parcel. I've just travelled by 4 buses 18 miles to collect the parcel from Menzies distribution as they are the local agent for Yodel. The only way I knew to go to Menzies was a Yodel artic trailer at the back door of their warehouse. With all the technology but no idea there was a problem with the delivery. All deliveries should have a recipient's phone number on the label. I have a website shop and always put the customer's phone number on the label.

One star is even too much Absolutely scammers!My router had to be delivered by them,by tracking number seen that they have it in a depot, came to collect and they said driver took it(even without scanning it).They try to contact driver but he said he is delivered my parcel, but my wife was at home and noone been there.A few minutes later,the girl who was on a receptionist asked for my number and said she will call me,but again that never happened. Next morning decided to go again and again was same story, driver have your parcel and bla bla bla.After couple hours got a phone call from them and been told that driver delivered my parcel to my neighbour, who is living in much different building. I go to him and he said noone been here and never got my parcel. Phone them again and been told that driver delivered my parcel and mu neighbour stolen that.Told them that I'm going to police to report that them driver stolen my parcel and been told by of them that "you can do whatever you want".Few hours later they phone me and said that driver bringed back my parcel to the depot???Absolutely no customer service, and never ever gonna use them again.

Worst company ever they deserve 0 stars . Next day deliver what a joke . Its been out for delivery since friday , then changed to saturday , then mon now tuesday . The online chat is a joke ,they do nothimg they are like robots keep tracking it keep tracking it . The complaints department looked into why there is a hold up and yet again keep tracking . This is the worst delivery company out , and anytime i shop online i will make sure that its not yodel delivering it .

Bloody awful customer service. Parcel dumped behind car. I was in the house, car was in drive. Did not ring bell. I only found out an hour later, when I received the email to say successfully delivered

Driver didn?t deliver parcel and claimed no one was home left no ticket typical lazy drivers, the company also make it very difficult to file a complaint.
