Lovely staff, the lovley tall lady and the girl with the fun glasses are always very talkative and kind. Prices are high but I suppose it is a travel store. Would recommend the big hot chocolate to parents

Had a bad experience anytime I do come into the shop especially from the sale rep and manager the man is alway angry and rudely when speaking to one then for the rep sales attendant another rude set especially been a black African they are alway rude to speak to me most time they will smile at other people who are indigene and give me an attitude in our community a lot have complained about this attitude from them there was a day I wanted to buy something I was standing on the queue waiting for the customer at my front to finish while waiting I saw the rep standing looking at me in a disgusting way I politely asked if I could come over and she just shouted on me that when am ready to buy I was like I was on the queue I did know she was free in few second she started shouting at me telling me am a problem when I have never had any issue with them they all exhibited discrimination and stereotyping I vows just like other Africa who have experience similar issues never to go into that shop the last I went I was nab they all look angry I believe when coming to work place what ever home issues should be drop at home not bringing their angry especially on black poeple like me thinking they can get away with it unlike they know they are very careful with the way they treat others. They should learn to be peaceful nice and respectful to every ethnicity they staff need training on that

I stop at the shop at the railway station most mornings for a coffee and the staff are generally great, friendly and attentive. But, similar to previous reviews and not for the first time, I found it very awkward today as I heard non-uniformed staff (presumably management) shouting quite angrily. One girl looked like she was on the verge of tears. It has definitely put me off going back as the atmosphere felt terrible and I don't want to support a shop that treats their staff that way.

Visited briefly before getting the train and had an extremely awkward experience. There were 2 lady staff members having a heated discussion and one lady (in blue) proceeded to accuse the lady wearing black (assuming manager) of bullying her. The lady in black started to shout and said ?I?m not bullying you, I tell you what you do right and what you do wrong?. I felt for the lady being shouted at as the tone and volume of the shouting was quite horrible. Myself and various other members of the public were able to hear this discussion from the other side of the shop. Absolutely appalling and this should not have happened where customers can hear. I then had to pay for my items and felt extremely awkward and uncomfortable being served by the lady who had been shouting moments earlier.

Used their in-store Costa. I ordered an Americano with syrup - simple right? Barista forgot the syrup. Then she told me they don't accept Costa card. What's the point? To top it all off, a bottle of water costs £2.80.

Wouldn?t recommend going here for a bottle of water if you don?t have over £1.69 that?s the cheapest bottle of water in this shop absolute scam at this rate £1.69 for a bottle of water I had £1.65 and they wouldn?t let me off with 4p will definitely not be going back

There needs to be some sort of clearly marked queueing system here. Just had to walk out because it was busy and instead of there being a clearly defined queue, everybody was mulling around and people didn?t know who was next and people were getting agitated.

Never opens on time trains at 7.08am and suppose to open at 7. Never see it open before I leave. Some of the staff are very nice though

Manager has a terrible attitude. Don't work in customer service if you quite clearly don't want to be there!If you mess up someone's drink order, it's not the customers fault and you should be apologetic! This has happened twice now. I wont be back I'll just go to Costa instead.
