Seating is a bit cold at the side next to the outside of the restaurant as wind comes in from the outside of Union Square. Possibly, the addition of some wind breaks up to head height would help. We had to keep our jackets on.

Vladyslav was an outstanding waiter at Wagamama, providing exceptional service with a warm and friendly attitude. He made sure we felt welcomed and attended to every need with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh, vibrant flavors that made each dish a delight. Highly recommend both the service and the food at Wagamama!

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes lifts are available as on the 1st floor.

First time in Wagamama's and won't be the last.
The restaurant is very well laid out and has been finished to a very high standard.
Really good menu selection and we were both really impressed with our meals ?
Service was really quick and didn't have to wait long to be served. We were in midweek though for a late lunch.
Our waiter was very friendly and helpful.
Will certainly be coming back to try more from the menu.

Vegetarian options: A good selection for those who are vegetarian. All the taste and flavour you?ll want from a delicious meal.
Parking: A paid three tier multi story car park as well as ground level car park.
Wheelchair accessibility: Union Square offers wheelchair accessibility and so does the restaurant itself.

Shocking turned ip 21.15 for just myself.....was just looked at from a far and pointed at, to say someone has turned up at this time..... I didn't want a dinner party just eating for 1....... as it does say closes at 10pm .....go by what it states on your website..... just because you cleaned ya bench ?

My family and I came here while visiting the UK from America. First I will say, I hope you go during the week because the weekend there was a line out the door for this place and the food is decent, but definitely not worth waiting in line for. There were three of us and I was the only one whom enjoyed their meal. I did have to add a significant amount of soy and hot sauce though. The other two didn't even finish half their meals as they found them to be completely bland and flavorless. All -in-all it seemed trendy and all but the food was certainly not worth writing home about
