Have something in left eye; used eye bath at work, let water flow from shower over eye and no joy. Feels like it?s under lid, after speaking with pharmacist when getting drops suggested I see optician, so when to where I purchased my glasses. Front desk staff got triage form and asked questions; she managed to give diagnosis ?dry eye? but said she would speak to optician.Optician diagnosed ?dry eye? never even clapped eyes on me never mind examined eye, I live over 40 miles away from Optician and they?ve just lost customer.They could not have been less interested if they tried; only one customer in whole place and he had been given drops for exam and asked to wait in area for drops to work.If busy could understand but disgraceful service

I've been with Tesco vision express for well over 10 years. Nearly every time i've ordered contact lenses there was an error, whether it be an old prescription or the wrong brand sent out. In their credit they normally sent out a replacement but it's very frustrating as they are ordered for me working away and the corrected order not arriving in time. My last order, I was in for a test and given a new prescription and a new set to try. I asked and paid for the new set to be ordered and I was sent out the old prescription. I called to explain and their records are a mess, not knowing the latest prescription I was given and I was then asked to come in a do another eye test and start to pay a new prescription from there. No other solution offered, so I have been charged a months worth of lenses with the old prescription which are worse to use now due to my new glasses prescription which makes the old lenses almost pointless to use.. Their systems are a mess and do not keep accurate records. Ease of access from my home address and parking being the only reason I stayed with them for so long but I have now told them I am changing provider and i'd advise you to stay away from them as your own provider. My partner also complained of many issues with her orders too and has already changed providers a few months ago.

Ordered varifocals from Tesco VE Aberdeen. Glasses delivered direct to home, not store but lab never removed ink markers used in lens production. Called store to get assistance on how to remove & basically fobbed off & couldn't help! Nice customer service unless I make a 100 mile round trip to store. Won't be back.

After my glasses broke, I went into the branch where I was helped by the manager. Within 10 minutes my frame had been replaced and lenses swapped over. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will be returning to them in the future and would recommend their services to anyone

Broke my glasses and had to repair temporarily and I needed a new pair fast , very helpful service and made it easy to choose what I wanted , only a week to wait too even tho they are varifocals , great service and highly recommend.
