Very Unprofessional. I first had contact with Veitchi Aberdeen 12 years ago. They fitted vinyl flooring in my up commercial building. The flooring was laid incorrectly, with issues of water ingress up the walls, which I later found out they knew at the time the work was carried out. I contacted the company when the issue became apparent who sent the project manager to take a look. He told me it was because of something we were doing, despite having been told by one of the workers it would happen, who he told to stay quiet.A couple of years later Veitchi did contact me and send a team out to replace the problem area, which improved things a lot (and the reason they get 3 stars and not 1)fast forward to winter 2021 and the flooring needs replacing due to natural wear and tear. I decide a different type of floor would be more suitable and contact Veitchi to see if they will doo the job, as they already know the floor. The contact tells me he remembers the job and the person who does that type of floor is off with Covid. I wait a few weeks, presuming the person is recovering and then catching up with their other projects and contact again. All the reasons I am given for non attendance sound very plausible. Eventually he comes out to take a look at the job to give a quote and tells me the quote will be with me the following week. I wait two weeks and hear nothing. So I contact Veitchi in case its got lost in the ether or post. No reply. I contact them once more and still don't get a reply.So, here we are 3 months after my initial contact and past the quiet period for my business when it would have been ideal to lay the floor and I'm starting from sctratch to find a company that will fit it (which I have done, thankfully)Service: Install flooring
