Have been to this cafe for lunch several times have had lots of different meals and haven't been disappointed yet at lunch time there always busy it's luck if you can get a table it's obvious they are very popular with the local workers give it a try!! 6th we returned once again great service managed to get a table before rush ordered the club toastie wow!! It was GREAT!! Recommend by Jim , great value and such a great place to chill when shopping

Getting the all-clear from a scan at the hospital called for a celebration at one of my favourite eateries. After the usual cheery greeting I ordered a bacon butty and americano...a great choice. A cracking coronation chicken was purchased for lunch. Thank you Sheila and team, you are stars!

This place has been a staple in the city centre for aslong as I can remember, the food is as delicious as from when I was a kid, prices are more than reasonable for supporting a small local business, love eating here and getting banter from the staff.

Cracking wee traditional sandwich and soup shop (with lots more) with a massive range of brilliant-looking and -tasting home baking. Reasonable, sensible prices, too. Loved the chicken and yellow pea soup. Friendly real staff.

Top notch little sandwich bar/cafe. The kind of place where they're only too happy to make you exactly what you'd like. Seating is limited, so I usually take out and sit in the kirk yard.
