Had an internship for a month and got a room here,
Loved the room here, personally got the single bedroom with ensuite bathroom and it was great. The shared space was lovely, with a communal microwave, kettle and spacious fridges to use.
Also a lovely location as it was just a stone's throw away from the city centre and the beach, and surrounded by many shops and grocery places

HORRIBLE experience all round. I was scrubbing black mould on the shower ceiling as our multiple maintenance requests were never answered. The reception staff were absolutely lovely but there was nothing they could do to sort out our roommate issues. we must've complained multiple times a month to get it sorted but the only reply was they'd have a 'chat'. There seemed to be literally nothing they could or were even willing to do. We had one specific flatmate who was considerably older (40!!) than the rest of us who disregarded the rent agreements and practically let his weird old friend sleep on our couch all year from the day we moved in, in a flat full of young women half his age, until he moved his friend to his room and caused just as many issues. It was a horrible living experience and seemed like no one even cared about genuine concerns or safety. it's not okay to put a married 40 year old man in a flat with young women half his age. The behavior was disgusting and it's such a shame because the location is lovely. would not recommend to anyone - there are better places for the price they're charging.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! paid for summer storage and all of my belongings were taken, had to chase this up for weeks with management to actually get this sorted. Weird fish smell in our flat made everyone cough. Management did not check until 3 complaints to reception. Frequently shut reception while still being in the office, and you can hear staff laughing behind the shutter. Overpriced laundry facilities which rarely work. 3 men walked into an all girl flat with no member of staff allegedly to move in. Fire alarm tests infrequent at best. Mould and maggots a common issue. Radiators often do not work. Least helpful staff on the planet. Often lost packages or just let you rummage through the delivery. Takes ages for them to log packages. Staff have to put their shoes back on before getting up from the desk? Mary laughed at my situation when we still weren't refunded for summer storage (despite our belongings being taken) well into October. 2l water bottles full of cigarettes kept outside block doors. Block doors often are not shut properly so anyone can wander in.Joe and Gary possibly the most under-qualified people ever employed... anywhere. Like a little hell in Scotland. Edit: Don't think I will be contacting you... since I emailed your HQ after every incident. Cheers

I don?t live in the Student accommodation but live next to it. From what I can tell it is very clean and well maintained. There are plenty shops around and bus routes are excellent in this area. Being in the city centre is a bonus for those who like to party.

The staff at spring gardens are completely incompetent. Over 7 weeks ago I asked about extending my lease due to work commitments arising. I was told to give them a couple of days so they can look into it for me. A week went by and I thought I would pop in again. No request was even put through after I was told it was. I was lied to constantly. Even the manager ?joe? who I spoke to 3 days ago said he would look into and would email me in a day. To this second nothing has been emailed or done to help my situation. If you would like to be lied to and left to potentially be homeless with out them giving a care in the world then spring gardens is the place for you. Shocking!

Moldy, gross, tiny, expensive for the number of people the flats hold. Locks on doors frequently malfunction, management does not do anything about it. Avoid at all costs. Pics on website do not reflect the property.

The prices of rooms are extortionate for the tiny, dull rooms provided. Charging £15 a week is day light robbery. I highly recommend not staying here as a student.
