Very poor customer service. They left a complete mess in my house (which they tried to charge me to collect), I had already removed the old carpets! They were told they would need to move some furniture and I found it all piled in a heap an left in my en-suite. I paid a premium to support a small independent retailer. The high street names would certainly given me much better service a probably would have been cheaper. Would never use again.

??Absolutely delighted with my carpets that the guys laid... super professional from start to finish. Would definitely recommend unique carpets & floor to anyone looking for hassle free carpet fitters... will absolutely use these guys again... one very happy customer ???
