Very disappointing experience with TSB Bank. Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful when I tried to withdraw my own money. I was told I couldn?t make the withdrawal simply because it was a Saturday and close to closing time?something that?s not stated anywhere in their policies or on display. It?s ridiculous that a bank can restrict access to your own funds without clear notice or valid reason. Based on this experience, I will definitely not be keeping my money with TSB any longer.

1. Where does it say you don?t offer counter service on weekends? Looked up on Google if your open had no idea counter is off. Came in pouring rain with a baby to find that out a bit rubbish
2. Staff member honestly looked like she didn?t want to be there and came across as quite unhelpful and tbh rude the look and tone she used was just not really great

The way you treated my mother the other day was a disgrace, been with tsb since I was 18 I will be changing my bank accounts, ISA etc in the coming months.

The Young teller was very helpfull. Was good to speak with a human being and not fumble with the Internet.

Very rood and not nice cashier
She refused serve me because she said they are closing 4 but they are closing 5. This bank is the worse bank I ever been. I think they should learn manners. Costumers service 0. This is not the first time.

As soon as I went into get my Internet banking sorted I was seen right away by a pleasant young guy and he explained everything he was doing and was actually taking his time to make sure and asked if I had any questions....cannot thank him enough and back to see where my money goes......so a Big Thanks to T.S.B for employing someone that actually takes his time and never seems to be just in a rush.

Looked on Internet time closed 5pm when arrived at 4pm to be told teller closes 4 pm. I said to woman it says 5pm on internet rudely she says it says 4pm on door. Not even I'm sorry for confusion making it all my fault for checking opening times online. God forbid me being so forward thinking. If this is customer service God help us all. ?????
