Very disappointing experience with TSB Bank. Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful when I tried to withdraw my own money. 1. Where does it say you don’t offer counter service on weekends? Looked up on Google if your open had no idea counter is off. Came in pouring rain with a baby to find that out a bit rubbish 2.
