“My partner and I were very happy with the service we got when we had left a phone on a bus on a Friday evening. We thought we couldn't get it back before the next working week, as lost property is closed on the weekend and so are the call lines. The next morning we went and asked an employee if there was any way to get the phon back earlier. Multiple employees went out of their way to search for the phone in lost and found and even pulled a bus out for us to look for the phone in. After 30 minutes we had the phone back. Super greatful for the staff being so nice, especially on a Saturday afternoon.”
