Went and bought paint that they said was the same shade as the last paint I bought but when I opened it it wasn't. Went back and said they couldn't refund as they mixed it up to the colour. Place is a shambles and head office is a disgrace. Wont be going back theyre ever. .

I had the most wonderful experience with Trade Secrets UK. I had absolutely no DIY experience and a living room to redecorate. It seemed like a nearly impossible task and I didn't know where to start. Thankfully, as soon as I walked into Trade Secrets, the incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me pick paint, brushes and walked me through what I needed to do. My living room now looks amazing! I will certainly be back when I next need to redecorate my house. I loved the service, thank you again to the Trade Secrets team!!!

Iv used trade secrets for all my paints etc, the guys are super knowledgeable and were able to point me in the right direction for shades for my project so it all came out just right! If your looking for professionals I can?t recommend enough!
