“Absolutely awful online customer service saying items were in stock at the store when they weren't. Drove to the store to find out they definitely were not in stock but they were good to order the items for me after explaining this is a common problem with the online service.”

“Great service by Cody. We got a puncture but couldn't find a garage that could repair it on the spot. Just before the tyre got completely flat we finally reached Halford. The manage John promptly allocated the job to Cody, and Cody managed to get the tyre fixed in record time. Great to see how fast and efficient Cody was. Big thumbs up!”

Spoke to Rick and although they were fully booked he said get the car to me and we will get you back on the road as soon as possible.
