Avoid Three for pay as you go SIMs. I bought a pay as you go SIM and the first deal for the first month was great. When it comes to top up, Three only allows you to 'top up' to its own selected deal (which is actually not a deal at all!!) and then you have convert the top up credit to a bundle to get a good deal on minutes and data! Not sure why Three decides for you and not put the top up money into the previous set-up and deal. Cut the story short, when I tried to convert my top up to a deal the website kept giving me errors. My top up credit got blown in a few hours due to data usage.The pay as go by Three appears to a rip off scheme.BTW, you are not able to speak to anyone via 444 number in customer service!!So AVOID!

Sadly I?ve been forced to allocate one star.I was advised to cancel my contract via your online support (with no penalty). I?ve returned the device with proof and yet it is ignored. I have been fobbed off many times by the CS live support, call , escalation (totally ignored twice) and retail staff cannot help.The whole process has been misleading that I?m starting to question the legitimacy of the actual contract. This post will remain on here until resolved ( contract is cancelled & sent confirmation).I know you will advise to speak to support but I need someone to take ownership or properly know the process.

Shocking service. Customer adviser had no manner whatsoever and shouldn't be working with the public. Was offered a deal that didn't even exist and when realised the offer was off there was no apology at all. Order cancelled and won't be renewing any contracts with Three again.

Congratulations Three, along with DPD you have received my very first negative review, which I will most definitely be posting everywhere I can think of.I was tracking my router extremely dilligently.After long hours at work, I come home and track my order while I am number 35 and he is still at 25. I stop doing literally everything for half an hour and keep watch as I get closer to my number.Then as I reach number 34 I rush downstairs to receive my package ( which takes less than a minute), only to immediately receive a notification that my driver has missed me and left.It is ridiculous to me that they would expect a customer to stand outside waiting for their delivery, in these subzero temperatures anymore than just before their order or that no call is made when you clearly have my number.I do understand that the fault lies with DPD, but you have partnered yourself with a company where it doesn't take one long to realise has a rating of around 1 and multiple negative customer service reviews, so I do place a certain level of responsibility on three.In addition I have called customer service to see if I can collect the router myself at a store, get it delivered over the weekend ( as I have already waited 2 days for what was supposed to be next day delivery, and I would be working long hours during the week), or whether at the very least I could cancel to receive a refund. I received scripted, generic responses and requests to call back tomorrow rather than genuine solutions or escalation to a manager, which did not help the situation at all.10/10 would not recommend
