Huge shop lovelly cafe upstairs

Store is always a mess, trolleys of items just dumped everywhere- went in today and there was tubs lying full of water it stunk of pee and the water was brown just left lying in the middle of the shop with no signs

Came here for tableware such as plates and cups. Left extremely disappointed.
When I got to the till point I asked for the cups to be wrapped so they wouldn?t break on my way home. I was told they don?t have any in store so I left the items and decided I?d order them online.
Online the items were not available so the next day I went back in store, expecting them to have got bubble wrap or paper, to my surprise they again told me they have nothing.
This is extremely disappointing from a store that specifically sells items for the home.

Thank you to the staff and especially the off-duty Doctor, Lisa, who helped me in the store on Saturday afternoon when I became unwell. Whether looking after me directly, redirecting other customers quietly and calmly past the area, or getting water and fans, etc to aid my recovery, they all played their part in making the whole incident less dramatic for me and my daughter, thank you.
