Me and my partner ordered alcoholic drinks which I was denied because my ID had expired (I?m 30 but okay fair enough) then I was ordered to leave the premises ?? Couldn?t even sit and let my partner have her drink and there was kids on the premises so what sense does throwing me out make? Haven?t recieved a refund for the drinks yet either.

I was very disappointed with my meal and the attitude of the staff, I had taken my 14year old grandson in for a meal, I got him pepperoni pizza with a coca cola,I got a vegan pizza with a cider , the young man serving me was not very pleasant and didn't look like he could be bothered. This was on 19 07 25 around 1 pm like I said my grandson pizza was well cooked where my pizza wasn't burnt round the edges and not cooked in the middle,I tried it and new it didn't feel warm it felt raw in the middle,I took it up to bar and let them know, their argument was I had ate almost half the pizza which I could not believe became this was not the case , to women one early twenties one a few years older both with black hair , they asked me what i wanted for them to do , I asked for my money back so they got a security guard over who asked me what was wrong, which I did not think was his business maybe a manager or cook , I just went back to my seat , and then left wt mi grandson,I am very hugely disappointed with this experience yours Anthony Hoey
