Absolutely cracking pub!!Live on Union Grove and even if I didn?t, I would make the effort to come here.The staff have always got a smile on and give you a good conversation.Normally local pubs can be a bit cliquey, but every time I?ve been in, everyone chats with everyone.And it?s very dog friendly!!!It?s what pubs should all be like.They have mastered the friendly feel to a pub and well done to all!!!!

Couldnt pay with cash! First time in my 60+ yrs on this planet a bar has refused actual money. You need to get Export back on draught - the current selection of ales is poor. On the plus side, the barmaid was a gem. Very helpful to us.

What can I say about this fabulous local bar that hasn?t been said before!? It is super dog friendly - we love to bring our puppy in for socialising & playtime, also some much needed naps! And he gets special doggy treats on every visit from the wonderful staff too.
