Sadly the staff at Aberdeen store are not up to speed! They don't even know how to do a return when people pay using their Apple Watch. I mean it's not that it's unusual that people pay using their watch! Very poor.

A nice place to shop, always pleasant staff, never too busy, great choice for everyone, if you're a tourist or local this is a must. Situated on the main street in Aberdeen it's a nice place to wander around.

Nicest ladies working here. Lots of classic ladies' and mens' wear. High quality cashmere and woolen products to keep you warm. This clothing is manufactured to last. I think polyester would be a rude word to utter in this store. I love this place - went to the one in Edinburgh a year or two ago and this time in Aberdeen. Solid, classy wear.

I had gone there to return 2 of my clothes which I had bought online. The ladies working there are so rude that you feel sorry for yourself at the first place.
It seems they have no idea how to behave with customers.
I have decided to completely avoid that shop and I will be astonished if that business survives for a long time.
