I shop there most weeks and it's getting worse. Food is nearly out of date but still selling it at full price. The staff barge into you or don't move aside when they are doing the click and collect. Staff don't move so you can look at an item. They used to take in a good seller (they went really quick off the shelves) of kitchen rolls but now only the larger stores stocks it. Some staff on the tills are rude. Hurrying the items through and when you ask if they can slow down you get a look of disgust or a 'tut'. The school kids or kids from clubs that pack your shopping is getting worse. The kids don't move away when you refuse the help, the parents or guardians are shouting and laughing at customers. The stand in a huddle and don't move out of the way for anyone. On a recent trip there a nice lady on the tills said she was sick of the parents acting like it's night club, shouting, swearing and arguing with the kids. Not the best experience of a supermarket.

Large Tesco full of everything one could need for every day life

I went to return a microwave bought from Tesco 10 days back with the same packaging and box. I wiped microwave before putting it in the box. They said because it looks like it?s been used they cannot take it back. The lady in customer service was really impolite and from the start seemed to be in an unhelpful attitude. Never had a bad experience with Tesco in any stores. This is the first.

It's Tesco. Always something on my list they don't have. And where is the fish counter? We live a stones throw from the largest fishing port in the UK. Buy local Tesco please

Wednesday 11/9/24 10p.m. Just in from Tesco, fuming, what a horrible nasty rude woman on the self service tills. Little blond, bespectacled with a down turned mouth and a stinking attitude . Zero interpersonal skills.
Do people like that go on a special course or is it a natural talent.

I was in the shop and a member of ur staff with blond hair a woman was so rude to me never even looked at me when I was talking to her. Then another time I was in the shop the member of staff a man this time laughing in my face as I was trying to refund alcohol and it was 10 and when I first started going to the shop the security fallowing me for no reason at all I am fuming at the way ur staff talk to customers and the way we getting treated awful disgusting
