I bought a microwave 10 days back and wanted to return this with the same packaging and box. I wiped the microwave before putting it in the box. The store has not accepted the return because they think it is used. The manager didn?t even listened to what I wanted to say. She said its end of conversation. No customer service experienced in store!

Being a customer for the last ten years, I witnessed how the quality of the store is going down and down. The butcher, the fishmonger and the charcuterie, just disappeared. The quality of the fresh product is inversely related to the price hikes. Not to mention the terrible delivery service, two days late and incomplete. Very unprofessional staff.Looking for better options.

A large Tesco Extra on the Northwestern side of Aberdeen. Even if using a Disabled parking bay it's a reasonable hike into the store from its outside door, so we only went as far on as we needed to. Could see an Optician and Tesco mobile shop in the distance, don't know what is upstairs ?.
