Great set up for grabbing a quick bite. Never waiting long at checkout. Biggest issue is the traffic light system to get out causes congestion in car park at busier times.

The most amazing & kind staff anywhere, so impressed & really very appreciative of just how good Ted on self service & 2 lady managers he got to help me. After 1 of the worst experiences of my life with an Uber delivery of tesco express goods, I was in this store the following day. Ted went so far out his way to help, was shocked by the lies & disgusting service from Abhinand on the tesco customer service phone line I had received the night before & when we realised why my 'gesture of goodwill' voucher wouldn't work agreed that proved Abhinand had deliberately acted this way to laugh at me as the fact he had made it an online only voucher when I told him I would never use that service again & that I'd be using it the following morning in this store & without it due to Abhinand's incompetence & lies I would have to starve for 5 days seriously risking my life. Taking all that into account, the fact Abhinand did make it an online only voucher literally proves his ill intent toward me & sick twisted sense of humour. The lovely Ted at the store asked a young lady manager to help. She also couldn't believe what had happened the night previous but couldn't do anything which I totally understood. I was in floods of tears by this point & asked if I could just leave the goods in my bag with them as I just wanted to go. They said yes & I hurried away. I wasn't even halfway across the carpark when Ted caught up with me & so politely asked if it was okay if I went back in with him as he may have a solution. He had spoken to another manager & as soon as I walked up to them, they just handed me the bag with the goods & said here you go & sorry. I was so amazed at this incredible kindness & only managed to say, "Are you sure?" I said thank you ever so much and quite promptly left as I really was sobbing by then. That is the kind of customer service I used to see at tesco and is the reason I use this store. They are 2nd to none and truly amazing. I will never forget what they did for me that day and really hope Tesco recognises them for their true selfless kindness & its that staff and them alone make us use this particular store. These are the ppl your customer service training should be based on. I am forever grateful & truly wish I could do more for them. ??????????

The only 3 problems I have when ordering from Tescos is their dates are really close to sell out & I can't fit everything into n my freezer secondly the carrier bag issue and 3 how can a single disabled mum with a disabled so. Manage to carry 200 worth of shopping into the house ? Apart from that it's okay but these points I've made need to be looked at closer Thank-you just waiting on my shop now !!

Lovely staff and close to where I live. It?s a smaller store so doesn?t have a cafe and a full Tesco range, but more than makes up for it

It?s my local shop from nearly 13 years but day by day worse and worse, nothing on the shelves constant luck of products, very basic products choice, prefer travelling to Asda on the beach.
