Regularly visit for coffee and the occasional snack when shopping. The food is very good and the staff super friendly. It is very popular and can be quite busy at lunchtime.

Could honestly say the worst breakfast ever had a item on the menu posh beans on toast it was lovely last vist I will have the same again today order wrong poached eggs on toast after waiting just said this will do told staff did not care eggs not poached done in micro no butter on toast should have just asked for money back the person that does Breakfast no chef I could have done 100% Better my self from cafe to fine dining does not matter have a bit of pride in what you put on the plate waste of 12 pound next time breakfast at home

I've been here a number of times and tried different things off the menu. Most of the time the food is pretty good. But I have found that it can depend on who is cooking. There is one guy that makes awesome food and if you're lucky enough to visit on that day then you're in for a treat. I was there yesterday and I ordered the katsu chicken wrap....it was amazing! I really enjoyed it. Couldn't quite bring myself to give the place 5 stars but that's only because it's a supermarket cafe. The staff are all very nice. I have found that there are really good members of staff and some not so good but none of them terrible.

The food is actually quite nice. Prices are okay. Placement is great. It actually makes for a nice place to go for a quick bite. BUT everytime I go there the place is filthy. And that probably says more about the customers (or how they eat) than the shop. But the cafe staff do not clean up the floors or the seats and only half-hearted attempts at cleaning the tables. I have been there a few times and this is the normal scene everytime I want to choose a table. It really just feels groce.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The tables were clean and the food came very quickly during a very busy time. The food was good in terms of taste and portion size , and it was hot .

Not a real cafe as such as it's just part of Tescos, but I enjoy the big breakfast, and the coffee is really good too.

Following a recent accident my wife is currently in a wheelchair , we attempted a first time wheelchair shop at your store . A massive thank you to Dianne of the customer services team who when passing the checkouts saw we had a predicament as we had probably over shopped . She went for a second trolley and loaded our shopping as it came off the conveyor belt then helped us to our car with our shopping . I dread to think what might of occurred without her help . Dianne is a credit to Tesco Danestone .

Had coffee & cake which was lovely. Served by a young gentleman who was working on his own, there was a queue but he kept calm & spent time with each customer & made sure the drinks were not rushed and made properly. He deserves credit as not everyone takes the time to do it properly, i would rather wait to have nice service & drink rather than being sub-standard. I always have had good exeperience in this cafe, however only ever been for coffee, so cannot comment on the meals.
