I recently bought carpet and LVT tiles from the Aberdeen store. I was really impressed with the quality of service I received. Dougie and Nicol were both friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was in a couple of times before I made up my mind and they were patient, with no hard sell. I will definitely be going back later in the year for bedroom carpets too! The store itself is easy to find and there's plenty of parking.

Can only give them a 5 star rating as the product was good, service was prompt and price was great.I liked their online tool where you could use your own photo to see their product/carpet in situ.

Called less that 24 hours before due to be delivered and laid to advise carpets would be another week and a half. Reason we chose tapi was due to guaranteed delivery date. Had arranged days off with work and house movers and lost all money. Would not recommend. Terrible service. No compensation provided.
