Always feel incredibly harassed by staff here, they?re always near breathing down my neck as I?m browsing. Incredibly uncomfortable being treated like a potential thief when my partner and I are just looking at items. Try be less obvious and offensive next time ??

We had a horrible experience today at this store when one of the employees came shouting not to try the testers. I wonder if the staff here are atleast trained on how to behave with customers and not just be racist. Atleast an apology would have been nice. Sad this store still runs in Bon Accord. Good luck!

First class shopping experience
This store I'm talking about is situated in Aberdeen st. Nicolas centre . Wow ! What a fabulous shopping experience. I always love to shop in superdrug as they offer good discounts on many products. Gail I think she is store manager. She was my customer service provider , What a kind human, she was very helpful throughout my shopping to give me first-class experience also provided me with couple of samples which was bonus . Sometimes it's not about the extra but just when you feel welcome in a store that matters . Thank you

The quality of service received at St Nicholas Superdrug scores miles above that of any other, Charlie was outstanding, providing information on the products I was interested in, whilst also giving polite and friendly service she exhibited an outstanding educated knowledge of your product range. It?s the staff like this that keeps me coming back again and again.
Gregg was also able to give great recommendations on a new cologne I know I already love.
Lauren on the first isle I came to was able to direct to to the best products for my skin type and makeup goals. What a great team you have!!
