I'm a regular customer at Subway Cults - it's my daughter's favourite takeaway! Their footlong subs are fantastic, freshly prepared using amazingly tasty fillings and crisp fresh salad and vegetables. Royal and Shaun offer a very warm welcome every time I visit. They are both extremely polite, friendly and helpful and are everything you would hope for as a customer. Nothing is too much trouble. They always check any offers or discounts I am due and leave me feeling that I'm really getting great value for my money. To be greeted in such a friendly manner, ensures that I'm a regular customer. I'm even given a friendly wave if I'm just walking past. Great food, fantastic service, brilliant value for money and two genuinely nice guys. Highly recommend!

The staff in Subway franchises turn over all the time, but it's a privilege to see that but Shaun has been there a while now and is an excellent guy, very friendly and helpful. Glad to see he is assisted by Royal now. What a great double act.

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Shawn at Subway, and I can't recommend him enough! From the moment I walked in, Shawn's friendly and welcoming demeanor set the tone for an outstanding experience. His attention to detail was incredible?every sandwich he made was perfectly crafted with care, and he didn?t miss a single detail in my order.
What really stood out was Shawn?s ability to balance efficiency with genuine customer service. Even during a busy rush, he remained calm, upbeat, and made each customer feel important. He had the perfect combination of speed and precision, and the result was a sandwich that was fresh, delicious, and exactly how I wanted it.
Shawn is truly the kind of employee every business dreams of?professional, courteous, and committed to providing top-tier service. I?ll definitely be returning to this Subway, and it?s largely because of the fantastic experience Shawn provided. Keep up the amazing work, Shawn!

Huge queue of people waiting and faffing about with just eat couriers instead of prioritising real customers left to go grab Sainsbury sandwich instead. Normally good though so bit annoying.
