It?s always subway union street who get orders wrong and I?m not sure why, maybe yous have all given up trying?? We used to always order from subway but stopped as it?s really a luck of the draw if you get what you ordered. It?s fine if you go to the store as you?re able to watch them make it but when you order from them on deliveroo it?s like they don?t care and maybe only prioritise in store orders. We decided to give them a go again as maybe we will be lucky this time as it had been months since we last ordered from there but yeah they haven?t changed a bit! Previously they get stuff like the sauce and salad wrong which is annoying but nothing major, this time they forgot the main part of my sub which was the veggie patty. They got my partner?s order right but when it came to mine they forgot the veggie patty in my veggie patty sub and it was stone cold when I asked for it to be toasted. So all I got was cold bread with salad and sauce?.. I got a refund from deliveroo luckily but you all really need to be more attentive to orders, I get it may have been busy, I?ve worked in customer service before as well so understand the environment completely. But it?s not good enough! Won?t be ordering from this store again.

Disgusting service from this place.give me wrong bread and rushed it. Did not heat it properly and looking at me and partner like we was somehow not welcome in my own country.rude. impatient then felt like a highway robber had just robbed me.never again will I return to this once loved shop..I am disappointed in our country and it's leaders just now..we have taken a fall to pander..you do the maths people..

lady think her name was roxy. was the manager of the place. SO RUDE.
i walked in and was greeted with a rude ?are you gonna order anything then? by some junkie looking worker with glasses.
i then went up to order and roxy with no eye contact said ?what do you want? in an aggressive mannor, i said chicken, bacon, and cheese. accidentally forgetting to say what bread and she goes ?well what bread then? she then under filled my TWELVE POUND footlong, which she 100% over charged me, because it?s usually 8.98 or something close to that, which is still substantially expensive.
i then said take away and i tried to sit down for a second to put the panini in my bag and she shouts across the empty restraunt with no other customers that ?YOU SAID TAKE AWAY GET OUT? so i was hurried out the door whilst she?s staring me down.
especially because this is the manager makes me even more appalled at her conduct, deserve to be shut down!!

Routinely the worst service I've ever received anywhere.
As noted in another comment, the one running the show seems to be "out of it". Always with one AirPod in his ear; presumanly listening to music; stares blankly at you as if to say "well, what?"...even if you say hello to him. Doesn't listen to a word you say, almost as if he's freestyling it, or guessing what you've probably said.

Too rude with customers. Card machine not working and blaming me that I blocked their machine. Specially the ladies were not arrogant and they can't even afford my way. Such a stupid place I say. Worst sub way

This employee, who I imagine is in charge, was rude when she treated me very rudely and with very inappropriate words. I consider it to be the worst treatment that can be offered to a client and any human being.

The worker (his name tag said David) serving us was wearing airpods, being extremely rude when we were asking questions, and laughing when I made a mistake ordering. The shop was empty and quiet, and the food was mediocre.

I?m a regular subway customer but this branch is the worst in Aberdeen, staff don?t look like they want to work there and they portioned our sandwich like it?s their own toppings. Never going back, this branch should be closed down or someone needs to get fired.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I?ve ordered and every time it?s been wrong. It?s my fault for giving them the benefit of the doubt. I order brown sauce on my sub but it always ends up being barbecue. If they don?t have it then why is it always an option

The sandwich was dry and just edible, I have had much better sandwiches from other Subways and the staff was very rude for some reason as though the meal was for free. I would stay away from this place.

Very rude staff. Was obvious staff lady was angry on arrival. Barked at me for my order, never looked at meShouted at me in front of my 7yo boy for correcting her when she repeatedly got the order wrong. I left immediately. No thanks.
