A horrible experience I had yesterday at Starbucks. When I was about to get served the server did not acknowledge me and just started blankly at me waiting to tell my order. I found that rude but nonetheless carried on. I ordered a toffee nut latte. The coffee was really poor, barely any taste. All I could taste was the toffee nut syrup. Drinks are also so expensive now can?t justify going to Starbucks for a mediocre coffee without cream.

Had a coffee here today through the drive through. What can I say the staff are always friendly coffee was perfect. Not been here for a few months but was passing and it really stands out how good they are at there job over other Starbucks I visit

Luke warm expensive coffee, Luke warm breakfast wrap in the middle but hot on the outer edges. Bland tray bake. Most over rated coffee shop around??.Staff the only good thing about it?.

Hurrendeous customer service. We bought a chocolate chip cookie and asked weather it had nuts and we were told to go on the website to check. Then another team member came and asked what the issue was and then another and then we were told we were being rude and that they will not take responsibility if something was to hapen. Not Starbucks service in the slightest!

Says it closes at 10 but just been turned away AGAIN at 9:20? this is becoming a joke now as me and my partner have encountered this over 10 times, we finish work late and look forward to having our coffee but it seems like the staff get to chose when they want to serve/close, maybe just change the closing time to 9 rather than wasting our time and money.

Drivethru orders - these are not always consistent, quality can vary for day to day.Staff are always polite and seem friendly & cheery.Food - Only ever bought the cake pops & muffins they are both amazing!

This is by far the most well run Starbucks Drive thru i have ever been to in the UK, i generally walk-in rather than drive thru and in a lot of Starbucks Drive thru's that i visit they never have enough staff working to deal with walk-ins, However, the Wellington Circle Starbucks is amazing !! Plenty of friendly, helpful staff on duty - never more than a 5 minute wait !!! Superb guys keep it going !!!! I love it !!!Parking: Plenty of parking and other retail shops to visit here while stopping for coffee
