Went in on the morning of Christmas Eve and was served by two lovely young ladies.
They were very cheerful & it really made a positive impact on my dreadful Christmas Eve shift.

Excellent friendly, fast service. Really good latte coffee first thing in the morning. They are open really early and have very comfortable seating.
Starbucks have keep the traditional architecture and interior of old Aberdeen,in this coffee shop with traditional old fashioned excellent service too.

Came in for a hot chocolate and a decaf latte. They were lukewarm at best. Went to ask them to heat up the drinks. They made us fresh drinks. Slightly warmer than the last batch. No mention of apology or refund. Drank half and left promptly. I don?t recommend this branch of Starbucks. Very dingy dark branch always looks dirty

I just really don't like Starbucks coffee. I can't work out why people wouldn't go to an independent, local coffee shop and get a cup of coffee made by a skilled barista!Staff are usually really nice, the place feels cozy and warm cakes are generally on point!

Service is fast and efficient. The typical multinational chain variety.
It has a good atmosphere. And some comfortable armchairs where more than once you can see people working on computers.
So practical, silent, or moderate.
The attention is friendly.
Cab3 highlights that they are aware of food waste and are part of the group of stores that work with to good to go. Good for that!
