S one of only two customers in the store with 6 members of staff there was more cars in the car park than staff and customers added together
Kept waiting while staff chatted, almost considered an inconvenience, the drinks were fine but had better at different stores (Berryden being the best to date) However the store was clean unlike West Hill store where you have to clear and clean where you want to sit

Coffee is pretty standard Starbucks coffee at about 1 million degrees so just leave it for three hours then it will be drinkable. The service here is horrendous. I?ve never know a team so entirely devoted to service without a smile or a tiny bit of humour or laughter. The staff here walk around so deadpan without so much as a smile or a laugh you?d think it was a prison or a place of pure suffering. Never known anything like it.

Went in for a coffee the other day, arrived at 7:50pm and proceeded to take a seat. Coffee just arrived then told me they are shutting at 8pm. So had to completely rush without finishing coffee. The place is nice but if advertised to stay open until 9, then why close at 8. Very disappointing! Otherwise would have been a better review.

I asked the team to try a coffee that was for sale on the shop floor. They had a little coffee tasting session with me and I thought it was a really good experience. It would be nice to have more coffee experiences like this in the store.
