This Starbucks has a management problem. Waited to place an order until the server was finished using their phone.? Ask for a cinnamon swirl to be warmed up but they can?t do it. The server did suggest I could blow on it. ? The toilet clean policy is a joke. They just sign off on it without checking anything. All the same server and hope it wasn?t the manager.

Miserable, bland food at vastly inflated prices. Bacon roll comprises a cheap and nasty bread with a few small, thin slivers of pink meat-like substance. And of course they don?t serve ketchup. The £5.20 Tuna panini is no different from one of those two-quid rubbery microwave ones you buy from Iceland or the likes.

I didn?t even get to taste my drink as the drive thru operator failed to give me a working lid and so my drink spilled everywhere all over my car. You would think a big chain company like Starbucks would at least be able to give you a usable f*cking lid
