“A long time ago, I suffered a heavy brain injury. Michael has been really helpful. As a result of the severe brain injury, my short-term memory is a major problem. By the time I leave the shop, I have often forgotten. Micheal offers to write things & happy to help. He has been VERY helpful. If I have a problem (fitness related), I am welcome to go and ask. Couldn't ask for a more helpful shop assistant.”
