Unhelpful staff, asked multiple staff members for help regarding rackets, response was sorry must be none there didn't even try to help. Looking at you like you're suspicious, talking about customers on high volume walkie talkies, telling customers show reciept to the man on the door so they'll let you out! What kind of store is this?

Be careful.This shop sells used trainers. Unfortunately, I only noticed that the pair of Adidas trainers has signs of use once I've got back home from the shop. I did not have my eyeglases with me that day. The next working day, the manager refused to exchange or refund the item, saying that there were some oily stains on the sole of the shoes. I said that I did not wear the shoe at all and those stains were present before I bought the shoe. He just said that I won't prove it, and It's my word against his word.
The staff do not wear badges. The manager gave me an email for the complaints but refused to tell his name for the reference.
Do not recommend this store.

Shocking customer service from an ?alleged line manager? and a customer service girl.First no staff name badges to refer to names.Finished shopping upstairs and took the escalator to the ground floor. I was 10 yards away and heard the radio ?watch the guy with the reusable bag and perform bag check?. As many customers, I have no issue at all with bag search, my issue is with communicating through the radio with all customers beside the ?line manager? hearing as well as customer close to the other customer service.After I paid, I went upstairs to the guy and told him it is inappropriate to communicate in this manner and if I were you I would have went downstairs and spoke with the other colleague. He insisted that he communicated in appropriate manner. Shocking and disgrace especially if it is Sport Direct policy.He even did not say at all we apologise for this!! I asked him in front other customers, how would you feel if it happened to you, no response.I am really disappointed from such customer service and wrote a formal letter to the complaint department.

Poor customer service. The girl on the reception desk wasn't fully trained 19/09/2023. Manager was rude to justify boots are leather those are not his justification was I'm a manager and I'm saying they are leather so they are whereas after wearing i realized they are not so guys before before poring money to the wages of someone who is not interesting to work whereas other staff looks friendly and helpful and ethical.
