Lucky if your equipment don?t break down the first day you have it on hire. Very old equipment painted badly to try make it look good.

Absolutely useless spoke on phone come in we will see what we can do tried to set up on line account niegh on impossible went in nothing she could do wouldn't mind but it takes 30 mins drive to the place people like that should not be in charge of depots half an hour drive back never recommend them or even phone them again

Mostly friendly and helpful staff, some a bit angry but I guess it is Scotland. They didn't have the right size steps I needed so had to make do with some smaller ones, which my colleague then fell off but that's not their fault...

Exceptionally poor customer service. Sign stated 'Calor Gas Sold Here'. When I took my cannister in to be refilled, I was looked at like I had two heads and was told that couldn't be done. To treat a lay person like total moron is atrocious. Interestingly the next place i went offered me "a refill or replacement " so obviously not a completely ridiculous request.
