“Very impressive service from John who repaired a pair of my dad’s shoes. He patched and hand stitched a couple of areas where the seams were coming apart, and the repairs are barely visible. His workmanship is excellent and there is now a lot more life left in the shoes. Huge thanks and a well deserved 5 stars!”

“Needed new battery for my car key remote and decided to get a new key with remote to have as a spare as I only had the 1 key. He said he would have it done in half an hour. 20 minutes later he phoned me saying there was a problem. My original key had been wiped clear it's software and couldn't get it to work on my car, kept setting off the alarm. He said he would sort it out. An hour and a half later he had both keys working that was in between dealing with other customers. He was definitely committed to the job. I wasn't in any rush anyway I kept going past to see how he was getting on in between my shopping trips at Berryden. He persevered with it and didn't give up and succeeded in giving me 2 keys with remote control that both worked and didn't set off the alarm. Just what i wanted. Problems happen it's having a bit of patience and getting through them. So great service at Timpson at Berryden, Aberdeen cannot thank them enough.”
