Car wash didn?t work after taking my payment, asked the lady at the register if she can help, she came and loaded up half of the credits I paid for back onto the car wash but it still didn?t work and she walked away while I was trying to show her.

The ?Car wash? charged me but the service was not provided. The staff at the petrol station jumped on me shouting that I had done something wrong and that they would not give me my money back. Well, I had done everything right before and this time I did something wrong! There are always some problems with washing your car at this petrol station. The hand wash may or may not work. The equipment is worn out and works haphazardly. The staff are always unfriendly. The staff at other Shell petrol stations in Aberdeen are friendly.

the tall, blond-haired guy behind the counter is very unpleasant. He stands behind the cash register as if he was forced to do so or as a punishment. very poor and rude approach to the customer. nothing wrong with petrol station itself.

Not recommend the car wash, brush was dirty and scratched my car. Now no one wants to help so I?m left with a lot of scratches on it.

Rip Off MerchantsFilled my Car up on the 28/2/2022 charged me 1.719L I thought ok I use this petrol station all the time, War in Ukraine and all that, didn't bother to shop around, my mistake.Drive past on 2/3/2022 , a whole 2 days later to find the price is down to 1.52.9 per L, To feel miffed is a understatement, Wont be using again.
