Absolutely disgusting treatment from the staff on last night. Asking my father “what’s wrong with your face?” Saying if he needs medical help theres medical products “over there”. Rude unhelpful staff, beware their jet wash as it's not checked regularly, so there's a good chance you'll waste money on a foamless wash. Edit...already contacted Shell via that link, total waste of time as they said it's run by an independent retailer.
