The members of staff are lovely. Most items can be collected on the same day. If you have the app you can get sometimes discounts. If you decide to buy in store you have an option to either speak to a person over the counter or order through an iPad, the iPad is very slow and doesn?t respond as fast as you would like sometimes. The people are quite nice and if you are unsure about the size of trousers you need they are happy to bring them out and take them out of the pack to measure next to your legs. They have a variety of size options. The car park is right outside. If your order a lot and the items are heavy be prepared to carry it to your car on your own as there is no trolly or anyone to help you apart from yourself.

Haven't been here for some time, I now mainly use Screwfix Westhill or Inverurie.It hasn't changed. You still stand in a queue whilst the staff talk football with other customers..

Bought gate hinges also needed screws which both staff members help a lot with sizes very very helpful 100% great service at bridge of don depot

Ordered 3 items online to collect on 19/ 5 / 23Arrived at store to collect items.Went back to car to collect my id for confirmation which i did not need as i barely got through the door to be shouted at " YOUR ORDER ' ! ! Eh did no one teach you any manners ? No hello ! ! Plus how do you know its my order ? Do you not need to see the confirmation text / email ?1 item was big & heavy . No offer of any help . Guy just stood there looking at me struggling then walked away.It's OK I managed. I didn't want to disturb you just standing there doing nowt i might have ruined your strenuous day ! ! This shambles of so called customer service has definitely 100% put me off ever buying anything from here. It may be cheaper here but I would rather go to b & q next time. Will get friendly helpful customer service there.
