Savills were excellent from start to finish. We had an initial visit from Ruaraidh Ogilvie and Stephanie Clarke, and then a subsequent visit from Sandra McGregor. We were then in regular phone and email contact, and I felt that the support was excellent throughout the process. The photos of the house were truly wonderful. I felt the whole process was managed in a very professional manner. I think the Savills mailing list was probably very helpful in ensuring that we got a prompt sale for a good price.

Savills did a great job in marketing our property and getting a large number of quality viewers. The attention to detail of Jon the photographer was superb and a very good video and brochure were produced. The property had been hard to sell because of the effect of the Scottish Referendum and the slump in the oil price, so the resulting price was less than if we had sold pre referendum. Everything handled very professionally and constant contact kept us up to date with viewers' comments and feed back. In the end we concluded an acceptable sale.

Savills is the only estate agent to consider in Aberdeenshire. I could not be more pleased with their service. Savills Brechin Residential and Aberdeen Rural teams have successfully sold a small estate on Donside for me, maximising market interest and the sale value achieved. A brilliant result!In Brechin, Ruaraidh Ogilvie and Sandra McGregor and in Aberdeen, Rory Galloway and Harriet Cross, have been a pleasure to deal with. At all times they have acted with great professionalism regularly communicating progress.Savills produced excellent sales literature and a good website presentation. A superb photographer was recommended, who produced wonderful internal pictures and even better external photographs with a drone.They were able to deal with the complexities of a ?trust? sale, and manage viewing arrangements, whilst the house has been unoccupied. None of the challenges presented were a problem.Having considered most of the other agents in Aberdeenshire, I would whole heartedly recommend using Savills.

Mr Ogilvie came prepared with comparison prices of the other houses in the past years He and Sandra McGregor were very thorough in assessing the property , then giving a realistic starting price to encourage possible buyers over the threshold. Jon the photographer took amazing pictures of the house and garden . He chose the best day to take the garden in sunshine and blues sky?. Later he took wonderful pictures of the interior advising me to remove various items in kitchen and bathrooms end up with very stylish pictures for the brochures.All my family and friends were delighted with the result .The house was sold to the second viewer.Congratulations to Ruaraidh, Sandra and Jon foe excellent team work.Mrs M.J.Pennington
