Had an appointment booked, turned up at exact time, wasn?t acknowledged in the 15/20 minutes i waited so i got up and left. When did it become so difficult to greet (or even acknowledge) a new customer. It?s a shame because I think the salon looks lovely inside, and from what i?ve seen the staff are really good with doing hair, just useless at customer service.

Had my hair done by Georgia, i?m blonde and I asked for foliage and she give me orange brassy tones. Also the haircut was uneven. I feel like she wasn?t paying enough attention to my hair.I was that upset I just paid and left without saying anything. I couldn?t believe it. The customer service is awful and too much attitude.
